🎯Creative Brief

🗓 Scheduling
Project timelines are built around agreed-upon milestones. Any changes to scope—including delays or additions—may impact scheduling and budget.
💸Overages
Overages can occur when a project shifts beyond its original scope. This includes changes to schedule, deliverables, rounds of feedback, or creative direction.
🗣 Feedback
Timely, consolidated feedback is essential to keeping the project on track. Delays in response can affect delivery dates and increase costs.
🖥 Rendering Time
Rendering—especially for animation, motion graphics, or VFX—requires significant processing time. Delivery dates must account for this technical phase.
🎙 Audio / Talent Usage
Voiceover, music, and on-camera talent may involve licensing, union compliance, or usage limitations. These should be confirmed early to avoid delays or overages.
🎨Color Grading, Mix and Finish
Picture lock/approval must take place before color grading, audio mix and finish occurs. Time required varies depending on the project.
Variables include items like graphics/animation, stock footage, etc.
📦Deliverables
Final assets will be provided in agreed-upon formats and specs. Additional versions or late-stage changes may incur extra fees or extend timelines.
Additionally, for a fee, CRASH+SUES can provide versioning, closed-captioning, trafficking, Asset Management, etc.
Basecamp
Look for an email inviting your team members to our Project Management software, Basecamp. (Check your SPAM folder if you don’t receive the invite!)
Click the link and fill out your information.
Vimeo
You will receive Vimeo links with video for review and feedback (via Basecamp messages).

Billing
Please provide us with your A/P Contact, Phone number, + Email address
Do your company require a Purchase Order? And what is your invoicing process?
C+S Terms: 50% up front (75% for projects with live production) upon signing of contract.
The remainder balance is due BEFORE delivery of project
Payments accepted: ACH or Check
Late fees : A late fee of 2% will be applied to any outstanding balance not paid by the due date.
Job Completion
All of the files pertaining to your project will be stored on our local hard drives for 30 days, and then archived onto LTO data tape.
NOTE: Once a project has been archived, should you need access to the files, it does take time to unarchive and re-open the project.
There is a nominal fee for this, depending on the project/file size ($500 min).
Project files are available upon request for a fee and available after final project payment + project files fee payment.
Standard fee - $500 plus hard costs (if applicable) for most jobs
