But every output is guided by real people, shaped by brand strategy, and refined through feedback.

Our AI Policy:


The CRASH+SUES Team has developed a set of guardrails to live by regarding AI. 
They are short but powerful.

  • AI is a tool and not a god. Quantity never replaces quality. Creative cannot stand out in the murky middle.

  • AI is always used to add to a person's productivity and/or potential; never to replace the person.

  • Transparency, authenticity and truth are important.

  • We include an AI policy in our NDA with outside vendors.

  •  When used, we have AI provide sources and code. We follow up on those sources and have code to develop the creative further.  

  •  We will always let clients know if AI was used and how in the creative process.
