Look for an email inviting your team members to our Project Managment software, Basecamp. (Check your SPAM folder if you don’t receive the invite!)
Click the link and fill out your information.
Use the Message Board for all correspondence (vs direct email)
C+S files/links for approval are placed on the Message Board.
All client files/assets should be placed in the Docs & Files folder.
Vimeo
You will receive Vimeo links with video for review and feedback (via Basecamp messages).

Billing
Please provide us with your A/P Contact, Phone number, + Email address
Do your company require a Purchase Order? And what is your invoicing process?
C+S Terms: 50% up front (75% for projects with live production) upon signing of contract.
The remainder balance is due BEFORE delivery of project
Payments accepted: ACH or Check
Late fees : A late fee of 2% will be applied to any outstanding balance not paid by the due date.
